University of Illinois students visit CCL
On 17 May 2026 Professor Benicasa and his final-year students from the University of Illinois (USA) visited the Rome office of CCL – Chamber of Commerce & Law, welcomed by Mohammad Hossain Mukter, President of BIMAS and Chairman of the CCL Board of Directors.
The discussion focused on immigration in Italy today, and in particular on the problems faced by Bangladeshi workers who arrived through the Decreto Flussi because immigration rules are not applied correctly.
